This article is a cylinder head machining of your delivered 10V turbo head. The head is converted so that the distributor is omitted and the newer Hall sensor of the S2 / S4 / S6 / RS2 can be used. You can also drive a 20V turbo block, which has further advantages. Timing belt adjustment, larger connecting rod journals, better availability of parts - to name just a few advantages.
When the head is revised, larger valves - and, if desired, harder springs - are also used. In addition, the combustion chamber is processed to ensure more filling.
You can also get suitable pistons/connecting rods from us. This kit is particularly interesting for performance beyond 400 hp, as the special cam profile/combustion chamber processing allows significantly more air to enter the engine and the timing can be optimized.
This offer only concerns the processing of the head itself.
This includes: milling the combustion chambers, setting the Hall sensor nose, installing the camshaft.
Not included: Hall sender, camshaft gear, larger valves, head overhaul!
