Turbocharger Upgrade K27 with #9 / #11 Exhaust Turbine Housing NEW ...
Turbocharger K27, available with #9 or #11 exhaust housing for power outputs in the 450–650 hp range. T3 flange connection with 4-bolt outlet to the downpipe. The intake hose must be replaced due to the larger compressor inlet — also available in our shop.
The turbocharger requires a new oil line set and is oil-cooled and oil-lubricated only, as is standard for motorsport applications. The turbocharger is also compatible with the popular Wagner Evo exhaust manifolds with T3 flange, or any standard tubular manifold. When using the Wagner T3 manifold, the original airbox can be retained. When combining the Wagner manifold with this turbocharger in the S2/RS2, the passenger-side engine mount must be raised slightly to provide clearance for the turbine housing.
For power outputs of approx. 450 hp to 650 hp (up to 700 hp on E70) — depending on the exhaust housing selected. Exhaust housing freely selectable. Available sizes: #9 #11.
On request, the turbocharger is available with a KSM compressor housing (map width enhancement), which significantly increases the turbocharger's performance envelope (note: 100mm compressor inlet / high-flow). The intake hose must be adapted accordingly — selectable via the drop-down menu.
Matching injectors and Motronic tuning up to 500 hp can be added via the drop-down menu (we recommend an online tune on our in-house dyno); both the pressure sensor and ECU EPROMs will be replaced. Sending in the ECU is mandatory in this case.
