On the occasion of the Quattro legend 2024 you have the opportunity to buy a completely rebuilt 2.7L 20V turbo engine in the "QL 2024" version. The engine has the usual "5inline 600/700" components, but also some special features that are actually only reserved for our motorsport customers. The engine has the following components and specifications:
- Diesel block stripped of paint, recoated, drilled to size, bearing raceway spindled, sealing surfaces planned (QL2024 extra: oil circuit optimised)
- 5inline billet crankshaft 100mm stroke, for speeds above 7500rpm, in conjunction with H-shaft connecting rod and Motorsport Stroker forged piston
- Motorsport oil pump with increased operating pressure (QL2024 extra: oil return optimised like intake)
- Mechanical cylinder head, with sports camshafts 10.5mm stroke, milled combustion chambers, intake and exhaust port machining (QL2024 extra: exhaust valve seat cooling)
- RS2 water pump and motorsport timing belt set
- Just for the sake of completeness, which goes without saying with an engine like this, cylinder head studs were of course also installed, reinforced main bearing bolts, all bearings new (motorsport), resealed, etc. Including measurement report!
Incl. calibration protocol!
This engine is designed for outputs of 450-750 hp. The engine will be freshly assembled for you and you can communicate your performance requirements, as we will adjust the compression and all necessary internals accordingly to provide you with the optimum engine.
This offer is for a complete engine without add-on parts. Timing belt is fitted, timing belt cover fitted. Oil pan and valve cover (in colour on request) fitted. You do not have to deliver a replacement engine! All parts come from us and have been checked by us.
