"5inline 600" motorsport engine for road and racing use with 92.8 billet crankshaft and mechanical cylinder head!
On the occasion of the Quattro Legend 2024, you have the opportunity to buy a completely rebuilt 2.5L 20V turbo engine in the "QL 2024" version. The engine has the usual "5inline 600" components, but also some special features that are actually only reserved for our motorsport customers. The engine has the following components and specifications:
- Diesel block stripped of paint, recoated, drilled to size, bearing raceway spindled, sealing surfaces planned (QL2024 extra: oil circuit optimised)
- 5inline billet crankshaft 92.8mm stroke for speeds over 8000rpm in conjunction with H-shaft connecting rod and Motorsport Stroker forged pistons
- Motorsport oil pump with increased operating pressure (QL2024 extra: oil return optimised like intake)
- Mechanical cylinder head with 10.5mm stroke sports camshafts, milled combustion chambers, intake and exhaust port machining (QL2024 extra: exhaust valve seat cooling)
- Just for the sake of completeness, which certainly goes without saying with such an engine, cylinder head stud bolts were of course also installed, main bearing bolts replaced, all bearings replaced. Main bearing bolts, all bearings new (motorsport), resealed, etc.
Incl. calibration protocol!
This engine is designed for power outputs of 450-750hp. The engine will be freshly assembled for you and you can communicate your performance requirements.
This offer is for a complete engine without add-on parts. Timing belt fitted, timing belt cover fitted. Oil pan and valve cover (in colour on request) fitted. You do not have to deliver a replacement engine! All parts come from us and have been checked by us.
