Motorsport Oil Pump Generation 2

This is a further development of our well-known motorsport oil pump, which through our in-house custom modifications now prevents the detrimental foaming of oil in the bottom end!

From the factory, once maximum pressure is reached, oil is recirculated via the pressure relief valve – this causes oil temperature to rise significantly and the oil begins to foam. This means the pump partially draws in air, which can lead to oil film breakdown. Our modified pump eliminates this problem entirely! The development has taken place inside the pump and is therefore not visible from the outside.

Important: To install this oil pump, an additional hole MUST be drilled into the block with the oil sump removed! The location of the required drilling will be communicated with illustrations after purchase. The drilling can be carried out with standard workshop equipment!

Furthermore, this pump is highly pressure-stable – whereas original and aftermarket pumps often deliver inconsistent pressures or exhibit significant deviations.
As new oil pumps do not include a shim for the oil pressure regulator valve, please select the shim from the drop-down menu. 3 mm was fitted as standard on all ABY, ADU and AAN engines. High-output engines should use the 4 mm or even 5 mm version.

Pump without pulley for ABY / AAN / ADU engines only: An additional bracket must be used for the lower timing belt cover shield – this is included with the pump.
