One of the last – factory-new 5-cylinder engine blocks from the legendary 2.5L TDI program.
We acquired the remaining stock directly from Audi, offering you a very rare opportunity: an absolutely new engine block including a crankshaft, which has never been installed and is at its original dimension of 81 mm – effectively 0 km mileage.
This block has been completely converted by us to modern 20V turbo technology, making it the perfect basis for high-performance and durable projects. All necessary adjustments have been professionally carried out, so the block is ready for installation and no further work is required.
The conversion includes, among other things:

Reworking and setting missing threads, as well as adjustments for water connections and connecting rod clearance

Precision fine balancing of the crankshaft with master weights

Welding of the oil pump drive and revision of the crankshaft keyway

Mounting and bearing of the crankshaft, installation of connecting rods and pistons

Integration of a 60-2 trigger and installation of a standard oil pump

Retrofitting a crankcase ventilation outlet
The engine block is primarily designed for operation with a 60-2 trigger, but can also be run with the standard Audi VR trigger if desired – however, we advise against this from a technical point of view.
The block is delivered as standard with a 95.5 mm crankshaft. However, you have the option to choose alternative options via the drop-down menu:
