Our Intercoolers – Further Development for the A6 S6 C4 20V Turbo

Complete conversion kit for the factory intercooler in the S6 C4, which delivers only moderate performance as standard. This kit represents our third evolution stage, in which we have significantly reduced costs (while improving quality) and massively reduced installation time.

Product details:

• Core unit: Porsche GT2RS intercooler, tested to 700 hp
• Excellent cooling performance at high boost pressures
• No measurable backpressure
• Supplied with: mounting bracket, crossmember, pipework, hoses, clamps and small parts
• Original viscous fan remains in use

Features:

• A genuine all-in-one solution
• Compatible with the original turbocharger position as well as alternative positions (e.g. tubular manifold)
• Throttle body side: original hose can continue to be used (optionally available in silicone)
• Optional: integrated Setrab oil cooler with lines at additional cost
• Power steering cooling coil can be routed upwards or to the side
• A6 S6: modification of the front bumper inner structure required
