Intercooler kit for the Audi 200 20V Quattro.

This kit fits the Audi 200 20V Turbo with a short intake manifold, nearly Plug N' Play. The intercooler core is the community-proven Porsche GT2RS core, known for exceptional efficiency, excellent cooling performance and optimised low backpressure. All parts required for mounting the intercooler are included in the scope of supply.
The torque mount is relocated using a CNC-machined alternator bracket. A counter bracket is mounted to the chassis rail for support. The intercooler is height-adjustable, making it suitable for 2.5L conversions as well. With some additional work, the intercooler can also be used with a standard intake manifold — we are happy to assist with installation.
Only one cross brace needs to be removed from the front panel; the bonnet catch and related components remain fully intact. The bumper is not cut either, making the kit fully reversible. The front appearance remains 100% original.
