Intercooler Upgrade Kit for Audi C4 S4 100 20V with Oil Cooler Dash Line System etc.

Complete conversion kit (incl. required hoses, clamps, and piping) for the factory-fitted, rather modest intercooler in the Audi 100 S4 C4. This kit represents our second evolution stage and is continuously developed and improved.

The kit is prepared for the original turbocharger position, but can also be used with tubular manifolds without issues (minor adaptation work required).
Note: The bumper must be extensively modified and cut out in this case.

First, it must be determined which A/C system is fitted – see the drop-down menu.
The two different systems can be identified by the respective A/C condenser fitted.
The R12 A/C condenser is considerably thicker and has rounded corners (top left and right).
The R134a A/C condenser is considerably thinner and rectangular.

For the 'old system', the scope of supply is extended by the following items:

• 1x set of brackets for the cooler package (custom)
• 1x A/C condenser
• 1x hose set / A/C lines (custom)

It follows that the A/C system must first be evacuated in order to subsequently replace the condenser and lines.

If the kit is ordered without our upgrade oil cooler, the air guide panel of the original oil cooler will need slight modification.

This intercooler kit requires advanced to professional fitting skills, as the available space in the S4, particularly with A/C fitted, is considerably tighter than in the S6. This is also due to the fact that the bumpers are structurally entirely different. Returns and exchanges are EXCLUDED for this item.
