Intercooler kit for Audi C4 S4 100 20V upgrade intercooler kit with oil cooler dash line system etc.

Complete conversion kit (including required hoses, clamps, and piping) for the rather mediocre factory intercooler in the Audi 100 S4 C4. This kit represents our second evolutionary stage and is continuously being developed and improved.

The kit is prepared for the original turbocharger position, but can also be used without any problems when using pipe manifolds (minor adjustment work necessary).
Attention: The bumper must be massively rebuilt and cut out!

First, you need to distinguish which air conditioning system is installed - see drop-down menu.
You can recognize the two different systems by the air conditioning condenser installed in each one.
The R12 type air conditioning condenser is significantly thicker and the corners (top left and right) are rounded.
The R134a air conditioning condenser is significantly thinner and rectangular.

The scope of delivery of the "old system" is extended by the following items:

• 1x set of holders for cooler package (custom)
• 1x air conditioning condenser
• 1x hose set / air conditioning lines (custom)

It is therefore clear that the air conditioning system must first be evacuated in order to be able to replace the condenser and its pipes later.

If the kit is ordered without our upgrade oil cooler, the air baffle of the original oil cooler can be easily modified.

This intercooler kit requires advanced to professional skills for installation, as the S4, especially with air conditioning, has significantly less space than the S6. This is also due to the completely different bumper design. This item is NON-RETURN/REFUNDABLE!
