Rare replacement parts are generally held in stock, so unusual defects are rarely a problem. In exceptional cases, for extensive damage or particularly expensive replacement parts, an additional cost adjustment may be required after careful assessment – prior agreement will always be sought.
Processing note:
Please include a note with your parcel describing the fault(s) as precisely as possible, to help streamline the process. Current turnaround time is approx. 2–4 weeks. An exact completion date cannot be guaranteed in advance, as we have not seen the cluster beforehand.
