We offer refurbishment of your A/C compressor — please select 'Advance Return of Core' under deposit options. This requires that the core unit is in a rebuildable condition. For example, if the mounting threads are damaged, refurbishment is not possible.

Refurbished compressors are also available for sale without sending in a core unit, subject to stock, against a core deposit of €200.

The professional refurbishment process ensures functionality equivalent to a new unit. The core is professionally disassembled, cleaned, tested, fitted with new seals, and all wear parts as well as the electromagnetic clutch are renewed or cleaned.

Installation Notes

• Flush the A/C system thoroughly before installation.
• The expansion valve and the A/C receiver-drier must be replaced.
• The compressor contains only the minimum oil required for transport. Please ensure the correct oil quantity of 240 mL is used and top up accordingly. Recommended oil: PAG100.
