KIT Motorsport Pistons 5inline 81.5/82/82.5/83mm + Motorsport H-Beam Con-Rods 147/22mm 8.5:1 CR for Standard Block + 86.4mm Standard Crankshaft

Our solution for building power in a standard block using the 86.4 mm standard crankshaft. (Up to 9,000 rpm achievable.)

This KIT closes the gap to the standard 20 mm wrist pin conversion. Beyond a certain power and rpm level, the undersized 20 mm wrist pin tends to bend or cause the piston pin bores to wear oval.

This solution uses the proven performance piston (22 mm wrist pin), for which no matching H-beam con-rod previously existed — we had the con-rods custom-manufactured specifically for this application. Naturally fitted with the well-known ARP2000 con-rod bolts.

The KIT consists of:

Motorsport pistons 5inline 81.5 mm to 83.0 mm (please select the correct bore size) + motorsport H-beam con-rods 147 mm / 22 mm. Compression ratio: 8.5:1. Over 1,000 PS have already been achieved with this KIT. Arguably the best piston and con-rod combination currently on the market.

Manufactured from 4032-T6 (skirts are Molybdenum-coated)
Each set includes rings and heavy-duty wrist pins.
