This service covers the professional machining of your supplied 10V Turbo cylinder head. The aim is to convert the head for modern engine management technology and higher performance demands, providing the foundation for powerful engine builds.
Scope of Work
- Modification of the cylinder head for use with modern Hall sensors (Audi S2, S4, S6, RS2)
- Elimination of the classic distributor – more precise ignition control & improved compatibility with current engine management systems
- After machining: compatible with 20V Turbo block (e.g. adjustable timing belt drive, larger con-rod journals, improved parts availability)
- Combustion chamber machining for improved filling and higher power output
- Optional: Full rebuild, larger valves, uprated valve springs, matching pistons and con-rods (individually configurable)
