Timing belt cover conversion kit for adjustable camshaft sprocket above Audi AAN / ABY / ADU.
A section of the top of the original timing belt cover must be removed to glue the cover shown in the picture with workshop materials (including plastic adhesives such as Petec Plastibond). Our cover is optimized to eliminate the obligatory grinding of the camshaft sprocket against the cover and is made of weather-/UV-resistant and dimensionally stable plastic for the automotive sector. Two "struts" have been incorporated inside for reinforcement.
The item in question is the "round" cover shown in image "1." The used, original timing belt cover shown is NOT included! The second image shows the solution AFTER installation.
