True to the original replica of the Audi RS2 exhaust manifold / cast manifold (shock charging manifold) for all 2.2 5 cyl 20V Turbo - with K24/26 flange, made of D5S material (as standard).
Tested for power outputs up to 500 hp (more power is possible with additional effort). The fit of our manifold is exactly the same as the original part. The advantage of this manifold lies in the routing of the individual channels. The S2, S4, S6, 200 20V, and also the Urquattro are equipped with manifolds in which the first and fifth ports/cylinder are directed towards the wastegate first, which results in significantly poorer throttle response and also reduces maximum power. With this manifold, all five channels go directly to the turbocharger turbine to make it respond more quickly and accelerate the exhaust flow. As you can see from the detailed image, the exhaust gases in the manifold are slightly channeled and directed towards the turbine, just like in the original manifold, which requires considerable manufacturing effort that many suppliers avoid. The feel of the manifold, i.e., the casting quality, is absolutely comparable to the original part. No rough edges, no blowholes, etc. The performance improvement is clearly noticeable!
