Turbocharger K27, optionally #9, #11 exhaust housing for outputs in the 450-650 HP range. T3 flange connection with 4-hole outlet to the Y-pipe. The intake hose must be replaced due to the larger intake - also available in our shop.
The loader absolutely needs a new oil line set and is only oil-cooled/lubricated, as is common with motorsport loaders. The turbocharger still fits the popular Wagner Evo manifolds with T3 flange, or of course all common pipe manifolds. When using the Wagner T3 manifold, the air filter box can also be retained. When combining the Wagner manifold with this turbocharger and installing it in the S2/RS2, the passenger engine mount must be raised slightly to make room for the turbine housing.
For services from approx. 450 HP. up to 650 HP (with E70 also 700 HP) - depending on the exhaust side selected. Exhaust housing freely selectable. Available sizes: #9 #11.
On request, the charger is available with a KSM housing (map stabilizing measures), which significantly increases the performance of the charger (note 100mm intake / high flow). The intake hose needs to be adjusted - selectable via the drop-down menu.
Suitable injection valves and Motronic tuning up to 500 hp can be selected via the drop-down menu (we recommend online tuning on our in-house test bench). Both the pressure sensor and the Eproms are replaced. Sending the STG is then mandatory.
