Rebuilt 2.2L / 2.5L engine block (without attachments) for use in all 20V Turbo variants. Compatible with all older Audi 5-cylinder engines.
In any case, you will get the right combination from us + no matter what piston / connecting rod you choose!

The engine block is designed for both OEM Audi rev/TDC triggers and a 60-2 trigger wheel. 10V turbo heads can also be installed.

The motorsport oil pump for 20V turbo engines from the drop-down menu is characterized by very good pressure stability and low dispersion - while the original pumps/replicas often deliver different pressures or sometimes have significant deviations. For pumps without a roller (i.e. only for ABY / AAN / ADU engines), an additional bracket must be used for the lower timing belt cover plate - this is not included.
The actual product may vary slightly from the illustration. The images of "Engine Assembly" and "Engine Block Gasket Kit" are merely sample images!

- Sealing surfaces planned
- Engine block chemically stripped and cleaned, recoated
- Connecting rod pockets milled/expanded in cylinder bore
- For use with standard crankshaft 2.2L (86.4mm stroke), normal 2.5l crankshaft (95.5mm), 2.5L billet crankshaft (92.8mm stroke) or maximum stroke (100mm stroke) - selectable via drop-down menu

- KW nitriding
- Align and measure the crankshaft
- Lapping the crankshaft
- Electronically fine-balance the crankshaft with vibration damper as a unit (to 0)
