KIT Motorsport Piston 5inline 81.5/ 82/ 82.5/ 83mm + Motorsport H-Beam Connecting Rod 159 / 22mm 8.5:1 compressed for diesel block + 92.8mm crankshaft

Our solution for diesel engine performance, using the 92.8mm motorsport crankshaft. This increases displacement to approximately 2.5L while maintaining high revving performance and using the significantly more stable diesel engine (revs up to 8500 rpm are possible).

With this KIT, we close the gap to the 2.5L conversion with 22 mm piston pins. Above a certain power and rpm, the too-thin 20 mm piston pin tends to bend or wear out the piston bosses, which then become oval. If even more power is required, the OEM 20 V bearing channels tend to crack, and the diesel block offers significantly greater rigidity.
It should be noted that the diesel block must be planed by exactly 1.35mm to avoid piston depression.

Motorsport pistons 5inline 81.5 mm to 83.0 mm (please select the correct piston size) + Motorsport H-beam connecting rod 159 mm / 22. Compression ratio: 8.5:1. Over 1000 hp have already been achieved with this KIT. Arguably the best connecting rod-piston combination currently on the market.
