We warmly recommend combustion chamber machining in particular! The nice effect of machining the combustion chamber (in order to provide all cylinders with the same filling level potential) is a reduction in the heat cracks that are likely to be present (spark plug threads) by lowering the combustion chamber. It can be said that as a rule 7 out of 10 heat cracks are eliminated after processing.
By processing/enlarging the channels, a correspondingly larger volume of air can enter the combustion chamber with simultaneously lower resistance.
Valve seats can also be changed - here all 20 seats are changed (e.g. useful for an upgrade with larger valves).
Valve seat outlet cooling means that we place a specially positioned hole in the valve seat (exhaust side) so that the valve seat is "washed" with cooling water - which leads to a significant reduction in wear and also a reduction in the exhaust gas temperature.
If you have a vacuum cleaner head, we can convert it to turbo (install water gallery, install missing studs + Hall sensor nose).
