Faithful reproduction of the Audi RS2 exhaust manifold / cast manifold (turbocharger manifold) for all 2.2 5 cyl 20V Turbo - with K24/26 flange, made of D5S material (as standard). Tested for power up to 500hp (more power is possible with additional effort). The fitting accuracy of our manifold is exactly the same as the original part. The advantage of this manifold lies in the routing of the individual ducts. In the S2, S4, S6, 200 20V and Urquattro, manifolds are installed in which the first and fifth ducts/cylinders are routed towards the wastegate first, which is accompanied by a considerably poorer response and also reduces the maximum power output. With this manifold, all five ducts go directly to the turbocharger turbine to make it "respond" faster and accelerate the exhaust gas flow. As you can see from the detailed picture, the exhaust gases in the manifold, as with the original manifold, are slightly channeled and directed towards the turbine, which means a considerable manufacturing effort that many suppliers save. The feel of the manifold, i.e. the casting quality, is also absolutely comparable with the original part. No corners, edges, blowholes etc. The improvement in performance is clearly noticeable!
