Conversion kit / complete kit electric power steering incl. vacuum brake for S2 / RS2 / 80-90 / Urquattro etc.

Conversion kit for the Audi S2 / RS2 (and also other 80 / 90s) to replace the annoying central hydraulic system, which often causes problems and leaks, and at the same time upgrade to a modern vacuum brake system. This kit actually eliminates the entire central hydraulic system, including all lines and the brake pressure accumulator ("bomb")!
The kit includes a completely overhauled, electronic servo pump with newly manufactured hydraulic lines, a new double-diaphragm BKV as well as a new, larger master brake cylinder which is absolutely essential, especially when using sports brake systems (due to the larger callipers!). The reason for this is the fact that larger brake systems require more fluid to be moved per pedal stroke / braking process, which the small brake master cylinder fitted ex works is unable to do, as it is already undersized for the standard brake system. Also included in the kit is a mounting E-cable set, including fuse holder (not in the picture), a holder for the E-servo and a new expansion tank. We always recommend using our large 140A alternator / generator, as the electric servo can draw up to 60A under load
