Upgrade intercooler kit for Audi 80 /90 / Coupe / Limo / Avant / S2 / RS2 / 20V Turbo / 16V Turbo.
With the proven Porsche GT2 RS intercooler core. Intercooler core dimensions are 455x300x65mm, with a 60mm connection. You do NOT need to cut your S2/RS2 bumper for this intercooler kit!
The intercooler is characterized by the lowest back pressure and best cooling performance (due to multiple fins) in its price class.
The kit only fits in conjunction with a short intake manifold—which you can also get from our shop. Adjustments will be required, as slight positioning deviations can occur with different body styles, engine positions, etc. Among other things, the engine needs to be moved as far back as possible to prevent the pulleys from rubbing against the intercooler due to tilting movements. It would also be advisable to install new engine mounts at the same time, as the tilting torque is far too extreme with the usually worn bearings.

This intercooler achieves significantly better results than the Wagner EVO2 Gen2!

The holes for the additional water cooler must be set during final assembly (the cooler is located in the cross member and is attached to the front panel, as original)
