Complete plug & play kit for Audi 20V models

This high-quality downpipe/catalytic converter combination kit is perfectly matched to Audi S2, RS2, S4, S6 and 200 20V engines. It can also be approved for TÜV Austria and MFK Switzerland.

Scope of delivery & documentation

The kit comes with vehicle-specific documentation, which typically allows for registration with the TÜV (German Technical Inspection Association). After ordering, you will receive the necessary documents by email – simply send us a photo of your vehicle registration certificate or title.

For already installed/registered sports exhaust systems, there may sometimes be obstacles regarding registration – please contact us beforehand! Failure to register is not grounds for a refund or claim!

Technical specifications & performance

The installed catalytic converter is designed for engine outputs of up to approximately 550 hp . Should you require higher engine output, we would be happy to advise you on suitable alternatives. Please contact us by email for this purpose.

Flexible mounting & compatibility

An additional V-band clamp is included to ensure easy further processing "after the catalytic converter".

The downpipe (version without flex pipe) was specifically designed for the original RS2 manifold as well as other stock manifolds – and also for our EVO manifold, which is based on the original design. When using the Wagner RS2 EVO manifold, slight modifications to the wastegate flex pipe may be necessary, as this manifold is slightly thicker.

For easier connection to the manifold, please select the correct version from the dropdown menu. A minor adjustment may be necessary (an approximately 0.5 cm aluminum tab on the gearbox).

Optionally, a Y-connection with approximately 90cm of pipe is also available, allowing for self-connection to an existing dual-flow exhaust system. This option can also be selected from the dropdown menu.
