Our service covers a complete professional rebuild of your wastegate. The following work is carried out:

Service Scope:

• Replace / lap valve
• Resurface sealing face
• Replace guide
• Re-seal
• Replace bolts / nuts
• Clean
• Replace diaphragm

Note: Professional full rebuild! This is, unless otherwise selected, an exchange item – your wastegate must be sent to us in advance. The exchange wastegate must be complete and rebuildable (incl. fire ring).

Lead time:

Lead time is typically 3–4 days for a pure exchange item (subject to actual stock – please enquire first if urgent!). If the same unit you sent is to be rebuilt, or if additional work is selected, lead time will extend accordingly. We always allow approx. 14 working days where powder coating is required.

Options:

• Type plate: Available as an option (see representative image) – send us an e-mail.
• Wastegate spring: Select via the drop-down menu:
  • 6 kg spring: For approx. 2 bar holding pressure (0.8–1.1 bar fail-safe boost).
  • 9 kg spring: For pressures of 2.5 bar+ (1.3–1.6 bar fail-safe boost).
• Cover modification: Drilling ventilation holes (for breathing, so spring force does not drop as quickly under heat load)
