Engine block with 2.5L billet crankshaft 92.8mm with performance pistons and H-beam connecting rods.
The engine block was bored to first oversize (81.5 mm). Only the best materials were used. Except for the block, all components are brand new!

The engine block was bored to first oversize (81.5 mm). Only the best materials were used. Except for the block, all components are brand new!
Among other things, the following work / materials were carried out / installed:
- Engine block stripped / chemically cleaned
- Engine block freshly coated
- Bored out to 81.5mm (1st repair dimension)
- Sealing surfaces planned
- Converted for 20V turbo technology (timing belt, knock sensors, KGE etc.)
- New crankshaft "Billet" 92.8mm stroke made of 40CrNiMoA
- H-beam connecting rod 5inline Motorsport
- Performance piston "5inline" with 22mm piston pin (compression 8.5:1)
- RS2 sputter connecting rods / main bearings / thrust washers with reinforced main bearing bolts ARP washers
- mounted oil pan for transport purposes
