Our solution for the no longer available RS2 and S2 ABY original vibration damper, which has a 4PK belt on the alternator.
The vibration damper is designed for 3x V-belts. The additional pulley is intended as a replacement for the Lima / generator pulley, which has a pulley for 4PK belts mounted on the RS2 ADU. With our AT pulley, the vibration damper fits perfectly again and the 4PK belt is no longer needed.

The diamond disc sits between the crankshaft and the vibration damper.
At high torques, screw connections can loosen or at least become loose due to the forces acting on them. Over time, this can cause defects in the timing belt wheel and ultimately in the engine. The diamond disc - also called Friction Disc - increases friction immensely by up to 300% and thereby ensures a better connection between the crankshaft gear and the crankshaft and is therefore ideal for engines with high torque. This disc is used if no diamond disc was installed from series production.
One diamond disc is only 0.13 mm thick; this disc is used if no diamond disc was originally installed. So no longer screws are needed - the other diamond disc is 3mm thick and is used if it was installed at the factory.
If you choose the V-belt, a suitable V-belt from a brand manufacturer is included.
