1x Wastegate general overhaul

Our service includes a professional overhaul of your wastegate. The following work is performed:

Scope of services:

• Replace/grind in valve
• Swap leadership
• Reseal
• Replace screws/nuts
• Clean
• Check membrane

Note: The work will be performed by a professional. This is a replacement item, so your wastegate must ideally be returned to us in advance or no later than 7 days after receiving the reconditioned wastegate. The replacement wastegate must be complete and in a condition for general overhaul (including the burner ring).

Deposit value:

€199. This will be refunded upon return of a suitable old part.

Delivery time:

The delivery time is usually 3–4 days for a fully refurbished part (if actually in stock). If the part you sent in is being processed, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Customization options:

• Nameplate: Can be ordered optionally (see example image).
• Wastegate spring: Adjustment possible via drop-down menu:
  • 6 kg spring: For approx. 2 bar holding pressure (0.8–1.1 bar emergency running).
  • 9 kg spring: For pressures of 2.5 bar+ (1.3–1.6 bar emergency running).
• Membrane: Reusable as standard. If defective, replacement is available for an additional charge of €119 (flat-rate replacement can be selected in advance).
