The thin design fits most vehicles, especially older VAG engines like the 16V, VR6, V5, S2/RS2, S4, and various Opel, Honda, and other engines. The thin EV6 nozzles can often be used wherever the thick EV1 nozzles fit.

Extensions are required for the 5-cylinder, as they are shorter. The extensions are included in the kit. Please briefly state in the text field which fuel rail and intake manifold the nozzles are used with so that we can include the correct extensions.

The nozzle sets are all measured on an ASNU machine and selected so that the matching nozzles have a maximum deviation of 2-3%. You will most likely not achieve such a nozzle match if you purchase individual nozzles or purchase a matched set from abroad. You can trust that we assemble your nozzle sets with the highest quality standards and German precision.

Note on plagiarism

Injectors are often counterfeited. Externally, they are indistinguishable from the original and often bear the original part number. All copies of these nozzles we've encountered so far have exhibited leaks, in addition to poor spray patterns and incorrect flow rates! These nozzles then spread the fuel throughout the engine compartment and, in the worst case, can cause a fire in the engine compartment. The process is usually gradual and often goes unnoticed during the first test drives. Don't cut corners and rely on original nozzles from our range!
