Developed to demanding motorsport standards
This fuel pressure regulator was developed in collaboration with motorsport teams and fuel pump manufacturers worldwide, and is calibrated to function under all conditions and for any power requirement. Designed and tested for use well beyond 1,000 hp, it is fully adjustable between 2 and 7 bar (100 PSI). This is the -06 AN / Dash 6 fuel pressure regulator with the highest flow capacity.
Every regulator is rigorously tested before delivery
To maximise the quality and functionality of the FPR100s, every single regulator is tested before delivery. This testing is carried out in a facility using globally leading test equipment capable of detecting even the smallest defects that could affect functionality.
100% ethanol-resistant diaphragm and functionality
Like all Nuke Performance motorsport products, this fuel pressure regulator is developed, engineered, and manufactured to be compatible with all alcohol-based fuels including ethanol. The fibre-reinforced diaphragm is of the highest possible standard and is supplied with 100% E85 test approval. The FPR100s performs equally well with petrol and alcohol-based fuels.
1:1 vacuum reference and high-flow design with minimal pressure drop
Fuel pressure rises at a 1:1 ratio when boost pressure is referenced. Fuel pressure is set using the adjustment screw (with a hardened steel ball), enabling precise and well-defined fuel pressure settings. With a dual-inlet design, you can choose between a left or right inlet, or — where required — a dual inlet for V-configuration engines. Forward-facing 1/8" NPT threaded port for easy-to-read installation of fuel pressure gauges or sensors. A 5 mm vacuum nipple is included.

To get the full experience from your new Nuke Performance FPR100s fuel pressure regulator, pair it with our precise fuel pressure gauge, which fits directly into the 1/8" NPT threaded outlet on the front of the regulator.
The FPR100s Kit includes:
- 1 x 1/8" NPT threaded fitting for gauge/sensor outlet
- 1 x hose fitting for 3/16" (5 mm) vacuum hose
- 1 x stainless steel mounting bracket
- 2 x stainless steel screws for the mounting bracket
- 1 x 06 AN / Dash blanking plug
